General Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble with an app misbehaving, you could try some of the following steps:
Restoring an App that was Accidentally Deleted
If you download the app again from the same iTunes account you won't be charged a second time by Apple. The download will be free. iTunes will ask for your password before telling you the download is free.
App Download did not Complete
If one of your App Store purchases didn't complete, you should make the purchase again from the same account. Apple will not charge you twice for an iOS app. When you try again, make sure you are at a location with a strong Internet connection. If the download fails a second time, you could try rebooting your iOS device and retrying.
No Sound
The iPad has a physical mute switch above the volume control. Make sure you don't have sound muted. If sound is not muted, follow the steps in general troubleshooting, above.
